(2/5) My wife and I dropped off 14 items for basic alterations. For my wife, it was hemming and tailoring the waist of a few dresses and for me it was suit pants hemming and waist adjustments. Kristy offered to have my pants paired with their jackets dry cleaned and I was excited about getting everything done at once. Kristy was supposed to call one of us within a couple days to let us know the dry cleaning costs. She asked if communicating via WhatsApp was fine and we both said yes. It never happened. She never texted or messaged either of us. The place is easy to find, but unfortunately not to accommodating on trying your stuff on pre and post alterations. Meaning there is no place to hang your stuff. While nothing was lost, the place looks unorganized. With a total of 19 items and no place to hang stuff, it was problematic. For the most part the alterations on the men's pants was fine. One was extremely big and I was told they couldn't bring it in anymore. Vice fixing them to a size that isn't mine, they didn't call to tell me the issue so I could decide whether it was worth it or not. They made the alterations and I can't wear them. The dry cleaning left one of suits more wrinkled than when I dropped it off. On my wife's dresses, she'll need to have most of them redone elsewhere. Normally, I find it worth crossing the border for alterations, but this time I'll say no. For basic pant hemming, you'll be fine. Based on the overall experience, we won't be back.
