(2/5) Sorry. Did not have a great experience here. The main issue: I took a brand new maxi dress there to convert it to a hi-lo dress. A dress that goes a little longer in the back.I came back to a crooked mess, like a child took scissors to my dress.BEFORE that, it felt like she was completely uninterested and wanted me out as soon as possible, maybe even seemed annoyed I was there.I had other pieces that need extremely basic alterations, like removing sleeves. She did ok with those.There’s another place in the aramara market, so warm, welcoming and eager to hear what the customer wants. I’ll be going there from now on.

The lining near the zipper had come undone, and after consulting with your staff, I left my purse for an hour for proper resewing.I appreciate the prompt service and would like to confirm that the repair has resolved the issue.
